The Healthiest and ridiculously delicious Raw Vegan Crepes!


The yummiest, easiest, healthiest crepes you will ever have! You could literally eat this every meal of the day! Well… depending on how much maple syrup you add 😉



  1. Raw vegan, paleo coconut wraps from Julian Bakery. Found here or at your local health food store
  2. Fruit
  3. Canned coconut milk cream. Let the can sit for a day to separate the cream from the water. Organic is preferred.
  4. Real maple syrup (not exactly raw, you could substitute this ingredient)
  5. Raw cacao powder



  1. Lay out your wrap
  2. Add all ingredients to your taste




Coconut wrap

As found on the website Paleo Wraps are Raw, Vegan, Starch Free, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Yeast Free, Soy Free, GMO Free, Salt Free (No Added Salt) Low Carb and best of all delicious. Coconut Milk

High in many vitamins and minerals such as C, E and B vitamins, Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. It is incredible in crepes as an ice cream substitute.


Real Maple Syrup

Contains many important vitamins and minerals and is high in antioxidants.


Raw Cacao Powder

High in protein, fiber, many vitamins and minerals, hormone balance, contains anti-inflammatory properties, boosts energy, high in antioxidants and much more! We add raw cacao powder to our smoothies every morning and create an incredible chocolate milk 🙂
